We handle all types of residential listings including SFR, CONDO, TWNHM, and 1 TO 4 UNITS. We are financially solvent and under our current structure, we could manage another 300 assets without strain to our current structure and service levels.
We currently employ 18 full time staff members that work solely on REO properties as well as 4 full time accountants to handle reimbursements. I personally price EVERY listing BPO in my office.
